Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the CrushSim platform. By creating an account or making a payment, you fully and unreservedly accept all of these terms.

1.Purpose of the service

CrushSim is a social-coaching SaaS platform powered by artificial intelligence that lets users practice conversation through text and voice simulations. CrushSim is a training tool: it is neither an emotional substitute, nor a matchmaking service, nor a manipulation tool.

Access to the services is strictly conditional upon full acceptance of these terms and of our Privacy Policy.

2.Eligibility and account

  • You declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to subscribe.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
  • An account is strictly personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
  • Information provided at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.

3.Subscriptions, credits and payment

Access to features is provided through a subscription and/or a credit system. Generations and simulations consume credits according to the rate displayed in the interface at the time of use.

  • Payments are processed by our provider Stripe; CrushSim stores no banking data.
  • The subscription renews automatically at each term until cancelled by the user.
  • Unused credits roll over to the following period as long as the subscription stays active.
  • Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes and may be revised; any change is notified before it takes effect.

Any abuse, fraud, account sharing or circumvention of the credit system results in immediate suspension of the account, with no refund.

4.Refund policy

CrushSim offers a strictly framed “satisfied or refunded” guarantee. A refund request is admissible only if all of the following cumulative conditions are met:

  • The request is sent to support at hello@crushsim.com within a maximum of 48 hours after purchase.
  • No credit has been consumed and no simulation, generation or feature of the service has been used since the purchase concerned.
  • No session, conversation or report has been created, started or downloaded on the account since the purchase.
  • The subscription has not been cancelled: anyone who has confirmed cancellation is not eligible for a refund, including for the period already paid.
  • The account has not been suspended or banned for breach of these terms.

As soon as a single activity has been carried out on the platform — including a trial simulation — the service is deemed consumed and the refund request will be automatically refused. Any request that does not meet every condition above is rejected without recourse.

5.Liability

You are solely responsible for how you use the platform and for the content you enter. CrushSim is a training tool providing automatically generated content, for indicative and educational purposes only, with no guarantee of results in real life.

CrushSim disclaims all liability for decisions, behaviour or consequences resulting from use of the service, as well as for any illegal, abusive, defamatory use or use infringing third-party rights. The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

6.Conduct and respect

Every user agrees to behave respectfully towards the team, support and other users. In the event of a breach of this rule:

Any disrespect, insult, threat or abusive behaviour towards the CrushSim team or its members results in the permanent and immediate banning of the account, with no refund, compensation or recourse, regardless of the remaining duration of the subscription or the remaining credit balance. CrushSim reserves the right to assess the severity of the behaviour and to apply this sanction without notice or obligation to justify it.

7.Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, interface, code and content are the exclusive property of CrushSim and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction or reuse is prohibited. You retain ownership of the text you enter and grant CrushSim a limited licence necessary to operate the service.

8.Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your “Subscription” area. Cancellation and the end of access to the services take effect immediately after you confirm the cancellation, with no refund of the current period.

CrushSim may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, without notice and without refund.

9.Changes to the terms

CrushSim reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users are informed of any substantial change. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10.Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by United States law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to any legal provisions applicable to consumers in your state of residence. For any question: hello@crushsim.com.
